Below is a photolog of birds i saw at Pasir Ris Park in June 2019. Pasir Ris Park is very accessible especially if you stay in the eastern part of Singapore as it is walking distance from Pasir Ris MRT station. Unfortunately on the day i went, many parts of the mangrove board not accessible due to improvement works that is taking place. However, this should not be a show stopper, if you just want to spend some time away from the concrete jungle but still within the close comforts of civilisation and public amenities.
Other than the birds in the photo below, look for the Spotted Wood Owl and Buffy Fish Owl that calls Pasir Ris Park its home. The other bird that is often seen is the Stork-billed Kingfisher.
Magpie Robin with breakfast in its beak
Grey Heron
Sunbird (type unknown) with its beak sticking out from its nest
White-throated Kingfisher
Sunda Woodpecker
Oriental Pied Hornbill
Below are some videos of my previous visits to Pasir Ris Park.
