Today is a pretty good day for me. Although it started out as an outing to see the owls in Pasir Ris Park, but unfortunately it was a day not meant to be. However, today was the day i saw 3 different types of Woodpeckers. The woodpecker that got me all excited was the Laced Woodpecker, which i have seen for some time. The irony of it all is, it was the tail end of my trip in Pasir Ris Park when i saw all 3 Woodpeckers within the vicinity of Carpark B. How funny things turn out sometimes.
Below are some of the pictures of the woodpeckers i managed to catch sight off, the Laced Woodpecker, Rufous Woodpecker and the Common Flameback.
