The family of Spotted Wood Owl have made Pasir Ris Park their home for many years and it is a constant joy to see juvenile Spotted Wood Owl in the same location that we have seen and observed them for many users and is symbolic of another generation of Spotted Wood Owl. I do not know whether the population of Spotted Wood Owl is growing in Singapore, but according to the bird blogs that i go to check, it is an Uncommon Resident and its population trend is stable on of least concern.
